• technical drawings and information for building regulations information

• general specification to define workmanship and quality standards

• preparation and submission of building regulations full plans submission

• £200k limit of liability

cost:

1-storey extension: £1800

2-storey extension: £2400

Fully bespoke service:

everything in our standard service, plus:

• fully bespoke design, with 2 initial options, and up to 3 iterations of the design

• full construction details for your builder to work from

• product specification to select fixtures, fittings and finishes

• schedule of works to allow contractors to provide breakdown of costs

• 3D renders of the proposals, showing lighting and material textures

• £250k limit of liability
